Shipping and Delivery

PLEASE NOTE HOLIDAY HOURS: iGo will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. Any orders placed after 12:00pm MST Wednesday, November 24th will be processed and shipped on Monday, November 29th.

Delivery Information

iGo.com ships in-stock orders to the U.S. the same day if placed by 12:00pm MST / Noon Mountain Standard Time or within 1 business day if placed after 12:00pm. (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays) The iGo warehouse is closed on weekends. If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. We offer Standard (Ground) as well as Priority and Express (2Day Air & Overnight) shipping options are available and will be calculated at time of checkout.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If your order consists of only iGo tips, it will be shipped by USPS and should arrive within the same time frame, however, tracking is unavailable.

Please note that orders over $100 will require signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping:

Standard Shipping rates are shown in the table below. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental US, APO and FPO addresses only (please note delivery to APO & FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery).

Orders shipped to Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) and Virgin Islands (VI) must use one of the Express shipping options.

Express Shipping:

Orders shipped Priority will arrive within 2 days for a $14.95 surcharge. Orders shipped via Express will arrive the next day for a $21.95 surcharge. Please allow 1 business day (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays) for processing.

Orders shipped to PO boxes must use the Standard shipping option.
