Delivery Information

iGo.com ships in-stock orders to the U.S. the same day if placed by 12:00pm MST / Noon Mountain Standard Time or within 1 business day if placed after 12:00pm (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). The iGo warehouse is closed on weekends. If your order was placed on Friday (after 12:00pm MST), Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. We offer Standard (Ground) as well as Priority and Express shipping options are available and will be calculated at time of checkout.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). If your order consists of only iGo tips, it will be shipped by USPS and should arrive within the same time frame, however, tracking is unavailable.

Please note that orders over $85 will require signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping costs are $3.95 on orders $0-19.99, $5.95 on orders $20-35.00 and FREE on all orders over $35. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental US, APO and FPO addresses only (please note delivery to APO & FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery).

Standard shipping cost on orders shipped to Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR) and Virgin Islands (VI) is $21.95.

Priority & Express Shipping

Orders shipped Priority will arrive within 2 days for a $14.95 surcharge for US orders ($19.95 for Canada, $24.95 for US Territories). Orders shipped via Express will arrive the next day for a $21.95 surcharge for US orders ($29.95 for Canada and US Territories). Please allow 1 business day (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays) for processing.

Orders shipped to PO boxes must use the Standard shipping option.

Product Returns Policy

Because we are personally committed to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the original invoice date to return unused and undamaged products for credit. Shipping is not refunded. Refunds are issued to the same credit card used in the original transaction. If you wish to return a product for credit, here's all we ask of you:

• Be sure the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition.
• Pay the return shipping charges and ship to the address stated at the top left corner of the packing list (also listed below).
• Include a copy of the packing list to ensure the item(s) returned can be credited to the proper account (please allow 2-3 weeks for processing refunds).
